尺寸不稳定

气泡

由于融料内充气过多或排气不良而导致塑件内残留气体,并呈体积较小或成串的空穴(注意应与真空泡区别)。主要是量产中,由于料粉将排气槽堵住,造成排气不够,产品内部或局部就会产生气泡或烧焦。

由于融料分流汇合时料温低,树脂与附合物不相溶等原因,使融料在汇合时,熔接不良,沿塑件表面或内部产生明显的细接缝线。
